Karla is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher as recognized by the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.  She took teacher training at Golden Bridge Yoga Center in Los Angeles, CA from 2003-2004.  She is also a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and took training in Indianapolis, IN with Narayani Schalk from 2002-2003. 

Karla began teaching Hatha Yoga in 2002 and Kundalini Yoga in 2003.   She is registered through the Yoga Alliance.
